Press Release: Issa

Born and raised in Mexico City to a Mexican mother and a Japanese father, Issa Lish was born in 1995. Only 20 years old, Issa has already gathered a massive online following through her social media accounts, most notably her Tumblr page and her Facebook page. She has been making music, more-so creating music, since the age of 15. Issa has inspired and sparkled to thousands of fans across the world because of her unique blend of music. Her music, a blend of witch house, synth pop, and R&B, is like no other. Her voice is like no other as well. Issa is able to hit high notes as well as grumble through low notes and likes to experiment with different voices within her music. Her lyrics range from twisted sex stories to her great love for Johnny Depp, and everything in between. She has already released 2 different homemade mixtapes, and even distributed physical copies to her fans throughout the world via PayPal. Discovered by October, Issa has been officially signed to Butterfly Records and has released her debut track "Vermilion", a vinyl exclusive for Black Friday. She plans to dominate 2016 with a dark sense of style, twisted lyrics, a voice to kill for, and synths to die for.
