Pedro Joao Dropped From Stellarium Records

Pedro Joao has been officially dropped from Stellarium Records on Friday, September 16th, 2011.

Luna, founder of Stellarium Records, had this to say:

Pedro was a good artist, but when you're an artist, you have to be consistent with everything you do. There are deadlines to meet and Pedro never really payed much attention to that. There wasn't much communication and then there was a point where he had just stopped communicating altogether. Stellarium Records is a terrific place to be when you're an artist, we promote so much and that's why Pedro's single was such a hit. It's sad to see him go, but I guess Stellarium Records can only have one mouth to feed.

Pedro's debut album was supposed to be released Tuesday, which has been canceled.
